Price increase by more than 15%, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The best burger in Giessen, but for € 12-15 burger plus pommer (without mayo, also costs extra ..) you can get significantly more elsewhere. Price / performance ratio is unfortunately no longer correct.

Actually, I really like your shop, but I have noticed the following several times, so I have to address that. Whenever I order a medium burger from you, the meat is raw inside. I don't know if there is simply a misconception of medium in the kitchen? The first time I thought to myself: Okay, maybe it wasn't intended, the second time it was exactly the same. After that I only ordered the burgers well done, that was okay. However, I'm actually more of the medium-rare type and if you offer that, it should be implemented accordingly. If the meat / fat inside is still raw, that has nothing to do with medium. I'm really only writing this because I care about you and I would like you to change that. At a shop that I don't trust I would simply not go out to eat anymore.

Very very good burger with delicious meat and an always changing burger of the week! They used to have the best fries in the world but now have changed their way of making fries which is a real bummer! Still good burger and good service!

It was our first time to eat here with friends. Delivery took place next door to the Drossel und Specht wine bar. Everyone was enthusiastic about the quality and taste. In conjunction with the excellent wine, it was an all-round successful evening. I find the price / performance ratio absolutely justified. We would love to come back and recommend you!

It's terribly hard to find decent burgers in Hessen, and these are certainly some of the better ones I've tasted in Frankfurt/Gießen area.

A star deduction for the very small rooms. You should urgently enlarge yourself with more seating, with the mass of customers: D otherwise everything was great

This rating concerns only the vegan burger. I was happy to see that they had a vegan option but the patty was super dry and hard to chew. The fries were really oily and not crispy, the mayo wasn’t our cup of tea either. Wouldn’t recommend going there for the vegan burger but one of my friends really enjoyed the meat burger. The staff was very friendly!

I love your food ?? I think you do it so great with the burgers. Great concept, delicious burgers and it's freshly made. I can definitely only recommend it?? The waiting times are long and you have to be lucky to find a place, but otherwise great :)

Original and good quality burgers. However, they are still hamburgers and with a somewhat high price.

Healthy and homemade ... Simply delicious! Also open in times of Corona and it is ordered and served directly through the window. Unfortunately, there is currently no menu offer, but you can still put everything together. If you like it vegetarian or vegan, you can order "Käthe". You can also combine the patties with other burgers. You can taste that everything is homemade. Delicious! Quality pays off.

Since I moved here, my friends recommend this place to eat. The prices are worth it, the food are good and the staffs are friendly. Although the place is small, it's very cozy tho.

I had been wanting to visit this place for a while now because of the high ratings. The place is small and cosy, but it can also get very busy very quickly leading to having to wait. I can assure you though that the wait is worth it. The burgers taste great and are made fresh, just like the fries which are made of freshly cut potatoes. These were fried slightly crispier than I like and also seasoned with more salt than I like, but they still tasted great. The options to choose from are somewhat limited, but this perhaps might be the key to their strength. If you happen to be in Giessen I'd definitely advice to drop by this place!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Delicious food with great & local ingredients. The kimchi fries are insane. Super highly recommend. Sadly, they don’t have any GF bread options, but they do give you a nice side salad when you order the burger without bread.

Excellent burgers and fries. Next door there's the wine. Staff friendly, advice good. Toilets OK, are in the neighboring house. You can sit outside in the pedestrian area.

Delicious and well-made burgers. Presentation is great, you’ll have to see it in person to truly appreciate these masterpieces. They’re quite generous with the fries too, so you really mustn’t worry about getting fed. Vegetarian/vegan options are included, and they’re quite conscious of their environment. If you’re nearby and seek a place to eat, this is definitely one you should consider.

I have been here several times and the food is always delicious. The chips are a bit different here than the conventional ones. Longer waiting times are normal here. The staff is very friendly and everything is done by myself as far as I can tell.

I would rank it as best possible option in giessen but not the best burger I have ever eaten. But it's fairly tasty and fair prices.
